The resort restaurant, called Tamarind Tree is a simple and elegant affair serving a buffet-style menu. There is also an a la carte restaurant, Il Vigento Su Mare, providing a taste of Italy with pasta specialities and superb local lobster.
Grand pineapple beach resort Antigua
The Grand Pineapple Beach resort occupies a prime beachfront location on the relatively undeveloped north-east coast of Antigua island. Set in the breathtaking crescent-shaped Long Bay, the resort has 25-acres of lush tropical gardens leading down to its own 1,600 feet of white sandy beach. The accommodations consist of 2 or 3-storey contemporary buildings in the gardens or on the hillside. Dining at the Grand Pineapple Beach is usually an alfresco beachside affair.
